Mike Harvey
Owner

Mike is the head honcho at Cimarron Firearms.  He oversees all of its day to day operations.  When Mike is not working, which is seldom, you can find him hunting, fishing, or watching Western movies on the TV.  Mike's data processing career started at the Cheyenne Mountain Computer Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Later Mike made his mark in IP management at a large multi-billion dollar financial institution in downtown Houston, Texas. He started Cimarron as a hobby while maintaining this full time job. His favorite westerns are Shane, Monte Walsh, The Searchers, and Will Penny. Mike is a lifetime SASS member #5148, alias: "Texas Jack Omohundro".

Mary Lou Harvey
Owner

Mary Lou has worked in the store as her sole job every day since the beginning.  She has gone from being one of two employees, answering phones and taking orders, to now spending most of her time running the sister store, Texas Jack’s Wild West Outfitter.  Mary Lou’s interests outside the store include anything that has to do with horses, and antique shopping. Mary Lou is also a lifetime SASS member #5149, alias: "Cimarron Rose".

Marcey Pehl
 Senior Sales Associate

Marcey is Cimarron’s senior employee, she started in January of 1997. She does all of the invoicing of orders, enters incoming shipments into our computer system, and logs guns in and out of our store. She manages back orders (a tedious job), and enters FFLs into the computer system. She is a very busy girl
Marcey originally studied to be a nurse at San Jacinto RN program here in Texas.
In her spare time, which is little, she works on the ongoing project of restoring her house. She hates it when people don't listen, and ignore what they've been told.
Her favorite Western is Tombstone.
If she were stranded on a deserted island, she would take her 2 cats and her dog.

Valerie Knapp
Bookkeeper/Sales

Valerie has been a hardworking employee at Cimarron since November 2000.
She lets you know if you owe.
Valerie handles all of our accounts receivable as well as accounts payable. She makes sure that all of the employees stay paid and happy. She handles the horrifically expensive task of paying excise tax. She also is the go to gal if the computer system malfunctions.
What keeps Valerie busy outside of work are her kids - both of them are very involved in sports, and she attends all of their events.
If she were stranded on a desert island, she would not forget her deck of cards, pictures of her kids, and a bar of soap.
Her pet peeves include picking up after her kids - they "always are leaving closet doors open that I continuously have to shut."
Her favorite western is "McKenna's Gold".

Roseanna sends out the latest catalogs, puts together credit applications, answers the phone, does the filing and other office duties. She is always ready to help out with anything else that needs to be done.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the lake and riding jet skis, spending time with her family and "beautiful"  daughter Hannah, camping, bowling and she loves to watch scary movies.
What really ticks her off is impatient, rude and selfish people.

Chip Klaiber
Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Chip started with us in May 2008. He supervises our shipping & receiving dept. He's the one that takes care of all the shipping problems and oversees all shipments.
Chip has attended several schools, he says his greatest accomplishment is graduating with from the School of Hard Knocks with a B.S. degree. He has worked in the domestic shipping business for 20 years.
A couple of interesting facts about Chip: He drove across the U.S.A. between California and Florida 3 times in one year and he rode out the "NO NAME" storm of '82 on a shrimp boat...4 days of great fun!
Outside of work he enjoys photography, hunting, fishing, target shooting and working at the ranch.
What really gets to him is, politicians and bad attitudes.
Favorite Western movies: Shane, How The West Was Won, McClintock and Lonesome Dove.
